Each registration is strictly personal.
The person who is completing the registration can only add accompanying persons – if any – in the same registration form.
The accompanying person can only attend the Opening Ceremony and the Gala Dinner in Venice.
Therefore, every person attending the Conference sessions must submit her/his own registration as a participant.
Reduction of the fees of 25 % to be applied to the early bird registration fees based on income level by Eurostat and OECD for the following countries:

Cancellation policy
- Non-payment of your registration does not automatically result in cancellation of your registration. Cancellations for registrations must be received in writing by email.
- Cancellation of your presentation does not automatically result in cancellation of your registration and vice versa. If you wish to cancel your registration or withdraw your presentation, please contact the ICEE Secretariat (info@icce2023.com) and clearly state your request.
- If you cancel your registration by 01 May 2023, a cancellation fee of 50 euros will be charged for a full cancellation, and the difference from the registration fee will be refunded if already paid.
- For cancellations received between 01 and 31 May 2023, a cancellation fee of 150 EUR will be applied. The difference from the registration fee will be refunded if already paid.
- For cancellations received between 01 and 31 May 2023 in case of a one-day in-person registration, a cancellation fee of 100 EUR will be applied. The difference from the registration fee will be refunded if already paid.
- For cancellations after 31 May 2023 the full registration fee remains due.

- Early Bird Registration Deadline: by April 30th, 2023
